Frequently Asked Questions

Every project is unique, so the cost depends on the scope of work, materials, and site conditions. We provide clear, detailed proposals upfront so you’ll always know exactly what to expect before we begin.

We schedule projects on a first-come basis once a proposal is signed and the deposit is received. At that point, we’ll lock in your start date and keep you updated on scheduling so you know exactly when work will begin.

A deposit secures your place on our schedule and allows us to purchase materials in advance. Because every project is unique, the deposit amount is custom per job and reflects the specific scope of work and materials required.

A General Contractor is your project manager. We handle the planning, permits, materials, and subcontractors so your project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. With us, you get one point of contact and peace of mind from the start to finish.

Our first estimate is free for straightforward projects. If a follow-up visit is needed to remeasure or revise the scope, a minimum fee of $25 may apply per revision beyond a change in material selection. This fee will be credited toward your final project balance if you move forward with us.
For more complex projects, we offer a $200 design & planning estimate. This includes accurate measurements, material quantities, and a detailed scope of work everything you would need to complete the project yourself or with another contractor.
Most of our clients find this especially helpful when comparing options, as it ensures you’re making informed decisions and not missing key details that can affect cost or long-term results.
If you decide to move forward with us, the full $200 is credited toward your total project cost.
Feel free to ask upfront whether your estimate will require a fee we’re happy to clarify before getting started.
